Prompt employees with creative questions to ask about their benefits.
As of this week, the Pendant Assistant (PA) will propose interesting questions to your employees about their benefits on individual benefit pages. This is a simple and interesting way to help employees get comfortable asking the PA questions, and thinking more creatively about their benefits.
For example, say you're on the company's dental plan benefit page. When I scroll down past the benefit's overview, the PA prompts me with a few insightful questions I might ask:
