What's included in the "white glove" setup?
Creating easy-to-read, custom and comprehensive pages is a big job. But, building a strong benefits wiki is essential to taking advantage of Pendant's super-powered features, such as the AI-based assistant and recruiting pages. Our trained specialists and copywriters handle the complete setup for your new wiki, all under your review and approval.
How long does setup take?
You can begin using Pendant immediately upon signup. Plan 4 weeks for Pendant to complete the white glove setup, but even that often finishes quicker.
What Single Sign On (SSO) options does Pendant offer?
Pendant supports a variety of authentication mechanisms including passwordless magic links (i.e. email only), and Single Sign On (e.g. Google SSO and Microsoft Azure). If you would like to use SSO, but your provider isn't listed here, let us know, and we'll investigate a custom integration.
Can employees access Pendant without an account?
Yes! While we encourage you to take advantage of Pendant's zero-effort account setup for the sake of Pendant's more advanced features, you have the option to let employees use your benefits wiki without accounts.
We have has an aggressive email spam policy. How do we ensure our employees receive Pendant notifications?
Pendant supports sending email from a trusted email address of your choosing, treating email as if it was sent from within your organization.
Does Pendant offer a trial period?
Yes! After signup, and the white glove setup is complete, you have 60 days to opt out of your Pendant contract.
